Welcome to Hijabi Couture, featuring a limited edition of exclusive clothing and accessories made with the finest materials by master designers, craftspeople, seamstresses and tailors.  Truly international, our clothes are made in Morocco, designed and created by Americans and Moroccans of African, Arab, European and native American descent.

This website was inspired by a dear friend of the CEO’S who once asked:  “Why don’t we have modest clothing in fine fabrics?”  A seed was planted in her head.  Hijabi Couture is the outgrowth of that seed.  Hijabi Couture’s goal is to create modest, modern and magnificent articles that marry the needs of today’s cosmopolitan woman.  In our summer collection you will find the lightest of natural organic fibers,  the finest cottons and the softest of linens.  What you can’t feel through the website is that all of these fabrics are of the highest quality.  Our items also offer pockets for your convenience and hoods to shade you from the sun and shelter you from the wind.  These clothes were made for today’s active woman on the run, designed and cut to facilitate movement.

“Hijabi” comes from the Arabic word hijab and means my cover or veil.  In honor of that, all of our clothing is designed to fully cover.  Our clothes are designed not to be transparent.  Our sheerer fabrics are provided with slips, linings and undergarments.  These clothes are designed with the utmost respect for the ideals of hijab.  “Couture” derives from the French language and relates to the designers and establishments that make clothing to order.  We do just that.  To ensure an ideal fit, you can order your clothing here to your exact measurements.  But, if you are too busy to do that, we also deliver prêt a porter (ready to wear) clothing.  All of the needs of the modest, modern, magnificent woman are taken into consideration here at Hijabi Couture.  As such, let your imagination run wild as you discover our styles and feel free to request any customized details or colors that flatter your individual sense of fashion.  Afterall, the Hijabi Couture client knows herself better than anyone else does.
